Our Testing Process

• To ensure everything goes back exactly as we found it, we start by photographing each
  hose bed before unloading.
•  Our team works on one apparatus at a time, testing up to 18 lines simultaneously. This
  efficient approach means we can typically service an entire engine in about 2.5 hours.
• Every inch of hose, along with all couplings, liners, and gaskets, undergoes a thorough
  visual inspection. If any section is found to be faulty, it’s immediately removed from
  service and red-tagged with a clear explanation of when and why it failed.
• We meticulously inventory and log each hose using your department’s identification
  system. If you don’t have a system, we’ll create one for you at no extra charge.
• Safety is our top priority during hydrostatic pressure testing. Every line is properly
  secured to prevent injury in the rare event of a burst.
• Once testing is complete, we carefully drain, roll, and reload each hose line precisely to
  your department’s specifications.

Our workflow allows us to test 10,000 to 12,000 feet of hose daily, minimizing your
apparatus’s downtime. Afterwards, you will receive a complete set of reports. For
seamless record-keeping, we can automatically upload the results directly into most fire
department management software. We maintain copies of your reports for seven years.
